About the Event

REPLAY: Join Physical Therapist, Masgutova Graduate School Professor, and Masgutova Method Core Specialist + Instructor Isabelle Renard-Fontaine on Thursday, March 6 at 7PM ET for NeuroReflex Exercises for Overcoming Anger.


In this 1-hour previously recorded active Zoom session, learn NeuroReflex Exercises that aim to assist with releasing accumulated emotions and frustration by:


  • Organizing fight, flight, and freeze

  • Cultivating a sense of grounding

  • Resetting the brain

  • Supporting overall body and mind relaxation

  • Relaxing the nervous system


Attend comfortably—camera on or off.

Recording (both audio and video) are strictly prohibited.


$5 minimum to register. All donations are appreciated and go to NeuroReflex research.   Retail value is $25.00.
