Join Physical Therapist, Masgutova Graduate Graduate School Professor, and MNRI Core Specialist + Instructor Isabelle Renard-Fontaine on Friday, July 16 at 1 PM eastern for an opportunity to optimize your sleep.
This 1-hour live REPLAY active Zoom session is for those seeking the ability to:
- Achieve a healthy sleep state
- Balance neurotransmitters
- Regulate circadian rhythm
- Prepare for restful sleep
- Create inner calm
Video participation is optional. Recording (both audio and video) are strictly prohibited.
